submit there are two action we need to take: One is to have Congress pass a RSP bill that will start down the road towards energy independant and other in the states in enacting feed-in tariffs. Tax break don't build wealthy or put or people to work. All tax break give are potholes in your streets. You must build a market for your products, feed-in tariffs does that.
