From Citizens For Responsible Government. Shasta County, California

Dear Green Earl: You can let our politicians and local media know that it is time for meaningful health care reform. According to the Guardian newspaper (UK), " the current structure priorities business interests over public health". The fact is our representatives have been bought by these special interests. We need to make it clear to them that it is time to represent us not big Pharma or big Insurance. In the latest NY Times/CBS poll, 72% of Americans want a government run (public) option like Medicare. This is across party lines! Why aren't they voting for it? Millions of dollars a day are flowing from the lobbyists wallets into Congressmen and Senators' coffers. We need to make it clear this is not acceptable.
