So if 2009 Solar PV Collector Production is 17.6 Gigawatts
Demand is only estimated to be 5.5 Gigawatts during the
same period, I'd be thinking about right now, if I was a
PV Manufacturer, or an Investor...perhaps it's time to
shift a few bucks into marketing, sales and financing...
